  • 1/2 Cup Apple Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt

  • Carrots, shaved
  • Roasted Potatoes, sliced crisps style
  • Radicchio
  • Olive Oil EVO
  • Piadina (Italian flatbread)

Instructions:

    • Boil water, apple vinegar, sugar, salt, and star anise for a festive twist.
    • Immerse shaved carrots in this mixture, adding a bright and tangy component to the dish.
  3. Preparing the Roasted Potato Slices: 

    • Choose medium-sized potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
    • Cut them into thin slices, keeping the skin on for added texture and nutrients.
    • Toss the slices in olive oil, sea salt, and a mix of festive herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
